We're excited to inform you that you have been chosen as a Select-Status Applicant for Drake University! Apply by our Early Action Priority Deadline of December 1, and we'll waive your application fee. You will also receive first notification for admission and financial aid awards, plus priority consideration for housing and our Presidential Scholarship.

Clubs, Clubs, & More Clubs. There are 160+ to choose from, including band, dance, the student-led Drake Magazine, Greek life, and Outdoor Club. Our Student Activities Board also organizes concerts, guest lectures, movie nights, and more.
Compete with the Big Dogs. Paint your face blue and cheer on our NCAA Division I basketball team. Or watch Olympic athletes compete (and break records) at the world-famous Drake Relays. You can stay fit with intramural and club sports, or at Underground Fitness, our student workout facility.
Distinctly Drake Traditions. Run the Nearly Naked Mile for a good cause; enjoy Midnight Breakfast before finals (prepared by your professors); and try street painting, which is basically just an all-out, school-wide body paint war!
