If you didn't read yesterday's email, you missed a doozy.

This one is only a pale follow-up.

By now you know about the Karmelo Anthony case: he stabbed 17-year-old Austin Metcalf after entering the tent of a rival high school during a track meet; despite being repeatedly asked to leave Anthony refused to do so, and after being shoved stabbed Metcalf to death.

The jury concluded that stabbing someone to death after being shoved is a disproportionate response.

The social media response among black users has amounted to a flood of support for Anthony (obviously not every single black person, but far more than any society should have to tolerate), either in outright support for what he did, or in posts like: "In America a black man can't make a single mistake!"

Crazy, isn't it? In America they don't let you kill a single person without putting you in prison!

And in fact you can make plenty of mistakes in America: according to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, black prisoners often report or have records showing higher average prior arrests (around nine or more in some cohorts compared to whites), and a greater share of newly incarcerated black prisoners have ten or more prior arrests than do whites.

This morning on social media some posts from black people using AI to depict themselves urinating on Metcalf's grave are making the rounds.

I'm not sharing images like that in my newsletter but trust me, they're out there.

Meanwhile, Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett, speaking about a situation in which a family's son was just stabbed to death, thought this was an appropriate thing to say:

"
Black women, especially black women who have black male children, live in fear and agony every single day, of fear and agony that I promise you, the Metcalfs probably never spent a day living that way. And we're going to have to have just some real conversations about race in this country."

We do need to have those real conversations. But the "conversations about race" the left always wants to have involve people screaming at whites about how evil they are, and why they really ought to transfer more wealth to the screamers and deprive their own children of still more opportunities, so that the screamers can hold them in even more contempt and continue to hate them.

I think a lot of people are past that stage now.

P.S. On a happier note: this very minute I just finished another week with Low Stress Options -- I had to check my positions just now, which took about 30 seconds, and that was it. Low stress indeed.

I read the community posts every day, and it's not uncommon for me to stumble on yet another unsolicited testimonial from someone who joined at my recommendation. Here's the most recent one:
I don't usually highlight testimonials like these because they seem implausible to the casual reader: of course that result can't be true, they think. But I've now built up such a huge community of people doing this with me, who can see for themselves that the thing works, that I've decided to get a bit bolder.

It's outside your comfort zone, you may not even know what an option is, but plenty of people exactly like you came all the way to Orlando last year to attend my Christmas party so they could thank me for changing their lives through this.

I don't generally open my home -- where my children live, after all -- to people coming to berate me for screwing them over. I didn't have to worry about that. I knew they would be coming to express gratitude.

Get notified the next time I promote LSO so you can get my bonuses (and I've got something for you to read about it in the meantime):
