| Temporary Store Closures, New Hours and Health & Safety Practices | | | |
| TO OUR CUSTOMERS, | | In this time of great uncertainty, our first priority is the welfare of our customers and associates. This unprecedented situation has no manual or guidebook; we are all in it together, figuring it out and making decisions on a day-by-day or even hour-by-hour basis. Our mission is to make it easy for you to feel at home and we remain committed to delivering for you however we can, during this difficult time. | | STORE CLOSURES: Some of our stores carry a wide range of essential items like cleaning supplies, health, wellness and personal care products, while others do not. With continued mindfulness toward balancing two aspects of public health, minimizing spread while also making necessities available, we are closing approximately 800 stores that do not carry meaningful amounts of these supplies, through April 3, 2020. Stores that do carry larger assortments of key items will remain open, with reduced hours, unless local authorities have directed otherwise. Associates will be provided with pay and applicable benefits during this period. For details on specific stores, please check our website. | | STORE HOURS: Beginning Friday, March 20, Bed Bath & Beyond stores that carry essential items will be open for reduced hours: 11a.m.-7p.m. local time Mondays-Saturdays and Noon-5p.m. local time on Sundays. These modified hours will give you ample time to shop for items you need, while ensuring our associates are able to restock shelves and perform cleaning and sanitizing duties, while keeping them safe. | | CUSTOMER SERVICES: Along with our decision to close select stores and reduce hours, we are also extending our return policy by 60 days for your convenience. You can also continue to shop online any time at bedbathandbeyond.ca. We are replenishing products as quickly as possible to meet the increased demand, but you may experience a longer than normal response time. | | There is no doubt that we are in uncharted territory, but of this we are certain: we will get through this, stronger and more resilient than ever.
