| Early Action Deadline: Tomorrow - December 5, 2016 Dear Diana, The School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), the nation's most influential art and design school, would like to inform you that our Early Action and Priority Merit Scholarship Deadline is Monday, December 5, 2016. You will need to make sure that all of your materials are submitted before that date in order to be considered for the priority merit scholarship deadline for Fall 2017. |

| Application Requirements - Online Application - Via the Common Application
- ePortfolio - SlideRoom submission needed for merit scholarship review (access SlideRoom through the Common Application)
- Artist's Statement - Within SAIC's Questions section of the Common Application
- One letter of recommendation - May be requested electronically through the Common Application
- Official high school transcripts
- Official college transcripts - If applicable
- Standardized test scores - SAT, ACT or TOEFL for international students
