Hello Diana,

Given your academic and career interests, we would like to invite you to our final Application Workshop and Info Session webinar, which will be held this Tuesday, December 20, from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m. EST.

At Cornell's School of Industrial and Labor Relations (ILR), students benefit from:

One major, endless possibilities: Whether your goal is to work in business, law, government, conflict resolution, sports, or international affairs, ILR can help you get there. Our unique, interdisciplinary major prepares students for graduate programs and leadership positions in these and other areas at organizations throughout the world, from Google, Goldman Sachs, Disney, and Deloitte to the ACLU, Major League Baseball, Teach for America, and the Departments of Defense, Labor, Education and State.

A small, close-knit community: As one of ILR's 980 undergraduate students, you receive personalized academic and career advising. You also have access to the resources and extracurricular, cultural, and athletic activities of a large Ivy League university.

Global opportunities: The variety of opportunities around the world available at ILR has given our school the highest international experience participation rate at Cornell. Study abroad programs and semester-long internships are available in Europe, South Africa, Australia, China, India, and other international locations.

During our online information session, our Director of Admissions will briefly share how students use ILR courses and resources, as well as 4000 other Cornell classes and the 70+ minors available, to prepare for positions in a wide range of fields. Given the upcoming application deadline of January 2, most of the webinar will be spent reviewing application requirements and answering questions about the admissions process and how to prepare a strong application.

Please visit the CornellCast site to participate in the webinar, to set up an email reminder or to ask a question in advance. You can also view our recent online info session or connect with a current student to learn more about what it is like to live and learn at Cornell. We look forward to supporting your college search and hope you can join us on Tuesday!

Sincerely,

ILR Admissions
