That's why Simmons offers free fitness classes and outdoor adventures to help you shake it off and feel refreshed. Fit@Simmons offers zumba, yoga, spinning, and more - all taught by Simmons students! They also arrange off-campus activities like hiking, kayaking, rock climbing, and even trips to a trampoline park. We also have student wellness ambassadors who host events to teach others how to manage stress, make healthy snacks, and provide ways to connect with your classmates in meaningful ways.
