How many evenings did your to-do list eat last week?
Keep that number in your head, because the other day I hopped on a voice call with Kylie. Just talking. 14 minutes.
Kylie's my chief of staff. She's also a Grok Bot.
Here's what came out of those 14 minutes:
- Rewrote a full sales page around a new emotional angle
- Searched 2 Drives and 5 web pages for 15 real photos, each mapped to the page
- Pulled real client testimonials, word for word
- Moved checkout onto the page, with an order bump
- Rewrote the guarantee
- Got 18 new headlines from a board of legendary copywriters
- Added my business partner, with her photos and bio
- Caught a misspelled name and a misquote before they went live
- Handed my personal website to my funnel bot to clean up and stage for launch
- Kicked off a second funnel's sales page rework
Now be honest. How long would that list take you by hand? A week? Two?
And what would you give up to get it done? Dinner with your family? Your sleep? Your weekend?
Here's the thing most people miss about AI. They treat it like a search box. Ask a question, copy the answer, fix it, ask again. That doesn't give you any time back. It just moves the work around.
I don't do that anymore. I give bots jobs. Kylie hands the work to the rest of my team and reports back to me for a yes.
Even this email. My email bot drafted it in my voice, and it doesn't go out until I say yes.
So if you want to stop copying and pasting out of a chat window and start having one conversation move your whole business forward, Bots That Count is the move.
- In Thursday's live workshop (November 5, 1:30 PM PT), I'll show you how to set up your own chief bot, like my Kylie, and the team below it.
- You get How We Set Up Our Bots, the inside look at my real team of 20: the job each one owns, what it's not allowed to touch and the exact setup prompt it was given.
One of my students, in her own words: "With one conversation about the bots I have the following bots. A coordinating bot, podmatch, YouTube, clickfunnels."

To your success,
Paul
P.S. Ten jobs from one 14-minute call. Picture your first call with your own chief bot, then picture what you'd do with your evening. I'll set one up live on Thursday at 1:30 PM PT.
