Royce White is one of the two former NBA players who is declaring for the WNBA draft, since that organization refuses to define what a woman is.

White is declaring himself transgender, because that is legitimately all it takes. And he is giving them a taste of their own medicine like never before.

My personal trainer, the most based Jamaican immigrant you have ever seen or even heard of, is gleeful: White, he says, is just dishing out to them what they've been pushing on the rest of us, and it's beautiful.

Progressives are of course hitting back, but not very effectively. A guy named Walter Masterson on Twitter in particular really stepped in it when he posted this, accusing White and Enes Kanter of not being serious about being trans:

As a progressive, I fully support Enes Kanter Freedom and Royce White declaring themselves for the WNBA.

I only ask that they commit to the bit.

Medically transition. Take HRT, take blockers. Show us what your performance looks like when your body is at a deficit of both testosterone and estrogen.

Do this for 2-3 years. Then show up to open tryouts and show us all how well you perform after gaining 30% in fat mass and losing 5% muscle mass.

Go ahead Enes and Royce, chemically transition, or STFU.

Here's the problem: "gender theorists" do not say men can call themselves women only after they have gone through those steps. Far from it. "Identifying" as a woman is all the man needs to do.

Having made that bed, progressives are being invited by Royce White and Enes Kanter to sleep in it.

Candice Jackson, who's been a guest on the Tom Woods Show and is Deputy General Counsel for the Department of Education, responded to Masterson with:

"Oh. I didn’t realize progressives believe men cannot be classified as women without 2-3 years of wrong-sex hormones. Weird how not even that requirement appears in a single progressive law or policy letting men into women’s prisons, abuse shelters, bathrooms, locker rooms."

White is dishing out all the lingo at people who mock him, saying he needs to undergo surgery to be taken seriously: "Genitalia doesn't determine gender."

"Don't tell me how to be a Black woman! Taking hormones are optional. The idea that a Trans woman has to subject herself to BIG PHARMA, is just another way for cis normative people to turn us into a commodity. I’m an ALL NATURAL Black trans lesbian with a penile aesthetic."

To a well-known progressive who's trying to find the language to criticize White, but who surely realizes the trans movement has painted itself into a corner, White said:

"You misgendered me again. That's toxic heteronormative bigotry.... We've moved on from that way of thinking about womanhood. Why are you so pressed? We only make up a tiny percentage of the population. You're obsessed, you must be jealous of STRONG beautiful Black kweeeens!"

And then, in response to another progressive:

"I’ve been misgendered and deadnamed by the Democrats for days now…. This is what hate looks like, boo boo. You really need to do some soul searching and figure out why you’re still living in cisgender bigotry. Black Trans Lives Matter! We have always mattered, we will always matter."

The WNBA, meanwhile, realizing it loses no matter what it does -- it obviously cannot allow these men into the league, but it also can't admit that it takes more to be a woman than just "identifying" as one, because they belong to, and crave the acceptance of, the cultural left -- at its recent meeting deferred into the future the question of defining what a woman is.

Observing the opinion molders who try to define what our society is supposed to think is really something else.

And of course, they aren't trying just to tell you what to think. They also want to make sure your kids know what they are supposed to think.

Which is why a lot of people simply secede from their school system.
