Hi Diana,

Tomorrow (February 1) is our Early Action Priority Deadline. Get your foot in the door for priority status at Drake by submitting your application before tomorrow. As a priority applicant, you'll hear an admission decision before March 1 and be reviewed for the Presidential Scholarship.

If you're still weighing whether or not you should apply, Diana, consider this:

  • Drake University is ranked #5 in the entire U.S. for academic quality amongst master's institutions (U.S. News and World Report).
  • Students from all over the world come to Drake because of the benefits we have for internships and professional connections. In fact, 92% of Drake students have one or more internships upon graduation and 98.9% of students launch into their careers or begin graduate school within six months of their Drake graduation.
  • The U.S. Department of Education scorecard ranks Drake #1 in Iowa for midcareer salary 10 years after enrolling at Drake. The average Drake alumni earn $55,700 at that point.

There is a lot more we can tell you about Drake and good reasons for you to apply. If you'd like to hear more, I'd invite you to reach out to your admission counselor or me. We're eager to see you take advantage of Drake's Early Action Priority Deadline before tomorrow.  You can apply for free on the Common Application or www.drake.edu/apply. We're eager to see your potential as a Bulldog, Diana!

Sincerely,

Anne E. Kremer
