Happy Holidays!

As the counselor and advocate for students from your region, I want to set you up for success this application season.

I strongly encourage you to complete an admissions interview as it is one of the best ways to distinguish yourself and add a personality to your application. The interview is also a wonderful opportunity for you to learn more about Hobart and William Smith!

All students would benefit from an interview, but if you applying for the Trustee, Blackwell and/or Centennial Center for Leadership scholarship(s), you are required to interview in order to be considered for these particular merit awards. As a reminder, all Merit Scholarship Applications are due January 15th. All interviews must be completed by February 1, the due date of our Regular Decision Application.

You may interview during any campus visit! Please click here to register for a Preview Visit.  If you are not able to visit campus before February 1, please email me at delafuente@hws.edu to set up a local or virtual interview before the deadline.
