Dear Diana:
Applications to our Early Action Programs must be received by the end of the day tomorrow. Our Early Action Programs include Biomedical Engineering, Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, Physical Therapy, and Physician Assistant Studies.
Tomorrow's deadline is important because our Early Action Programs are highly competitive and have limited seats available. These programs offer great opportunities including:
- Biomedical Engineering students have a much better chance of engaging in meaningful research projects in their first four years than at other universities because of our favorable student-to-faculty ratio and the emphasis we place on research at the undergraduate level
- Health Science majors benefit from direct freshman admission and a guaranteed seat into the professional phase of their clinical program
- Students accepted to the Pre-Professional Phase (years 1-2) of our Pharmacy program are automatically enrolled in our Early Assurance Admission Plan . Early assurance means that you'll earn a spot in the Professional Phase (years 3-6) of our Pharmacy program if you meet certain requirements during Pre-Professional years 1 and 2
Duquesne University is a wonderful place to learn and live, and we think you'll agree. Apply for admission today - there is no application fee!
If you have any questions, please contact us at admissions@duq.edu, 800.456.0590 or 412.396.6222.
Sincerely,
Debra Zugates Director of Admissions
