Every year, the AU Honors Program welcomes a new cohort of American University's most academically talented students to campus.

If you believe you are qualified to be among our next cohort, we invite you to apply today!

The AU Honors program encourages intellectual distinction and fosters academic excellence through interdisciplinary Honors core courses and a senior capstone project.

As members of the Honors community, students live as a living-learning cohort on an Honors floor in a residence hall and participate in various Honors events and other activities on campus and in the nation’s capital.

Priority consideration will be given to those who apply by December 15, 2016, priority deadline.
