Hands-on opportunities are boundless. | | | Diana, Hamilton College students rarely sit still. Curiosity drives them to create new solutions, travel, share their experiences and, with the help of supportive and encouraging professors, prepare to succeed in their chosen fields. | Research galore In the summer of 2015, 143 students received a total of $543,000 in research stipends. Past undergraduate researchers have studied the religious lives of refugees, microfinance efforts to help Cuban entrepreneurs, local sustainable food practices and cancer-fighting cells in the human immune system. | | World travels Hamilton students have access to 100+ approved off-campus study programs, including our own highly regarded domestic semesters in Washington, D.C., New York City and the Adirondacks, or our pioneering international programs in China, France and Spain. | | Performing arts At Hamilton you'll be encouraged to flex your creative muscles. Each year, more than 70 student performances are held in the acoustically superb Schambach Center for Music and the Performing Arts and the new Kennedy Center for Theatre and the Studio Arts (yes, we have our own Kennedy Center!). | | Confirm your interest to learn more about hands-on learning opportunities. When you do, you'll get to design your own Hamilton poster as our way of saying thanks. | | | | | | | |
