Diana, have breakfast with the penguins!
Wednesday, March 30, 2016
| | Dear Diana, We are excited to report that we have arranged a private breakfast event for the 2016 delegation at the New England Aquarium! At the Global Youth Summit, you will be dining among penguins, sharks, and sea turtles at one of the premier visitor attractions in Boston. You will have time to explore the recently transformed Giant Ocean Tank, which holds over 1,000 sea creatures. Later in the week, you will walk in the footsteps of our founding fathers when you explore sites along the Freedom Trail in Boston on a history-based scavenger hunt. You will conclude your journey with dinner at Faneuil Hall, which has been a marketplace since 1742, and was the site of some of the most inspirational speeches during the colonists’ drive for independence from the British. Boston is one of the greatest cities in the world. In addition to studying, exploring and synthesizing your insights on the future of medicine while at the Summit, you will get to experience the history and culture of our world-class city. Our faculty will be accompanying you to all of these sites off campus and will be sharing their wisdom and ensuring your safety while we explore the rich and meaningful culture of the city of Boston. After all, we hope you consider coming to pursue your college studies here! The application deadline for the 2016 Summit is fast approaching: Friday, April 1st. To complete your Summit application and join us this June, log into your account using the following temporary PIN: 754482027. If you have any questions, please contact us at 781-736-3500, or send us your questions at youthsummit@brandeis.edu. We hope to welcome you to campus this June!
