On average, 95 percent of the students in each of the last four graduating classes were in a job, graduate school, internship or pursuing a fellowship within one year of leaving College Hill. An impressive 40 percent of Hamilton alumni pursue graduate study.
 
Alumni support
Alumni loyalty is in the top one percent of all colleges in the nation as determined by percentage of alumni donors. Whether they become CEOs, world-renowned artists, entrepreneurs or civil rights activists, alumni regularly return to campus to offer career advice to current students.
 
Leadership preparation
Programs such as Hamilton's Levitt Leadership Institute, led by a former U.S. ambassador, teach students how to become innovators in their respective fields. Plus, 75 percent of seniors surveyed have served in a leadership capacity on campus.
