Good Morning Everyone,

 

We had an incident involving a beverage cart and a golf cart last night, resulting in one of our golfers being ejected from the cart and taken to hospital. This incident took place on the path coming down from the bridge to the washrooms at 11. Nobody is to blame, it is a sharp turn and accidents happen.

 

Moving forward, we are going to make that section of the path  one way and I would like all of our staff to now go straight down 16, 17 and 18 to get back to the clubhouse. We want to eliminate this type of accident from happening behind 11 tee going down to the 10th green also. Chris Wallace and his team will paint arrows on the path to indicate that it is a one way. I would like us all to be more aware of the sharp turns we have at the course. Please make sure that golfers always have the right of way, I know we may be rushing from time to time to complete a task but your safety and our guests are far more important. Please be careful while operating the carts.
