An inviation to chat

Thursday, June 30, 2016

Dear Diana,

I'm your admissions counselor from Drew, and I'd like to personally invite you to visit campus and interview with me this summer. Our conversation will allow me to get to know you better and allow you to discover a little more about Drew. One of the many advantages of interviewing early is that I can advocate for you with our admissions and scholarship committees when they review your application.

Hopefully, your visit will motivate you to apply soon after the Common Application becomes available in August.  If you don't check us out, you'll never know.  The first step is to register at drew.edu/interview.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you and getting to know you better.  In the meantime, if you have any questions at all, please let me know.

I hope to see you on campus soon,
Chris

Visit AU and DC This Summer!

Dear Diana,

Hello from American University!

We're back with another email with opportunities to visit American University along with things to do in DC while you're here.

On campus, we are offering two Preview Days for prospective students and families. Preview Days are our premier open house events and offer you the chance to tour campus, learn about the admissions process, attend an academic showcase, and learn about student life.

Throughout the summer, we'll also be offering information sessions and tours. These are a great way to get a feel for campus and learn more about the admissions process.

If you come to visit us, we also encourage you to check out some of the other great cultural things going on in D.C. in June and July:

Walk through the Smithsonian Folklife Festival
Watch an acclaimed documentary at the AFIDOCS Film Festival
Catch a Washington Nationals Baseball Game at the Navy Yard
See the UniverSoul Circus at the National Harbor

Summer is a great time to visit American University and Washington, DC. We hope to see you on campus and in the city soon!

Sincerely,

What are you in the mood for?

We've got lots of delicious options.

Florida Southern College

In the mood for ...

In the mood for

Diana,

Starbucks coffee. Freshly made wraps. Strawberry-banana smoothies. You name it; you got it! Your busy life requires options — and at Florida Southern, we have many.

Our students choose from SEVEN campus dining options that offer both variety and convenience!
  • Grab a wrap and dine poolside at the popular Terrace Café.
  • Hoping for seconds? Join your friends for dinner at Wynee's Bistro, where it's always all-you-can-eat. And, enjoy your dessert with sunset views over Lake Hollingsworth!
  • The Moc Mart offers everything you need to stock your dorm room fridge (and hey, that comes with your room, too!).
  • Need a double espresso recharge? Tutu's Cyber Café is your spot for Starbucks coffee, venti lattes, and more.
  • Perfect for a quick bite on the go! The Grill Master serves up burgers and more — a great option between classes.
  • One word: PIZZA. The Buck Stop serves up famous brick-oven pizzas and is conveniently located adjacent to first-year residence halls.
  • Did someone say food truck? FSC's newest diving venue is the hip food truck, Happy Place, where students can chow down on breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and their famous gouda mac-n-cheese!

Looking for vegetarian options? Have a gluten-free diet? Or, maybe you just want to share one of your mom's favorite recipes! Our dining services are here to serve our students and provide a comfortable and healthy home away from home.
